Cancellations
Please note that you can cancel your treatment free of charge 3 hours before the appointment. In case you cancel later than this we have to charge 80% of the treatment price – this does also concern no shows. In case of no fault of one´s own non-appearance the cancellation fee will not be charged.
When do you come to the treatment?
We recommend you to come to the front desk of the hotel "Altes Kaufhaus” about 5 minutes prior to the treatment. Please understand that for a delay on your side and with regard to the following guests treatment time can be shortened in full settlement of the treatment.
